Program Description:

Study Business in one of the Financial Capitals of the World - London!

Program Description

Spend your mini-term in London!  This course is designed to improve students' understanding of how best to manage across different cultures.  To accomplish this objective, students will engage in formal classroom study combined with site visits to business firms across a variety of industry contexts.  Included in the program are full day excursions to Stonehenge and Bath as well as Stratford and Oxford and a half day excursion to Windsor Castle.

Academics

Students will receive 3 credits in BA 400: Management and Finance Practices.  This course fulfills IB collateral/concentration credits and the study abroad requirement.

Accommodations

Student dormitory housing for the duration of the program in twin rooms.   Each studio room will include a kitchenette, en suite bathroom, desk, and wireless internet connection, (all utilities and linens are included). There are shared common areas for relaxing and watching television.
 

Excursions

  • A half-day  panoramic  coach  tour  of  London 
  • Half day excursion to Windsor
  • Full day excursion to Bath and Stonehenge
  • Full day excursion to Stratford and Oxford including a local guide, and a visit to Shakespeare’s birthplace.
